Carroll Electric Cooperative is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for our Internship Program in 2024. This internship provides a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the electric utility industry. As an intern, you will be exposed to various facets of our organization, contribute to real projects, and work alongside seasoned professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operations within different departments of the cooperative.
- Collaborate with team members on projects related to power distribution, renewable energy, and member services.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support departmental functions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong academic performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience
- Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus but not mandatory.
