Miami Dade College is thrilled to announce internship opportunities as part of our Youth Program for the year 2024. This program is designed to provide young individuals with a unique chance to gain practical experience, develop essential skills, and explore career pathways in a dynamic educational environment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in and contribute to various projects and initiatives within the college.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating youth-focused events, workshops, and educational programs.
- Collaborate with college staff to support outreach and engagement efforts with local youth communities.
- Provide administrative support for the planning and execution of youth-related activities.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the youth program's impact and effectiveness.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to foster professional development.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or currently enrolled in a college or university program.
- Genuine interest in working with youth and promoting educational initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience
While previous experience working with youth is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement.
