This program is designed to provide practical learning experiences, mentorship, and exposure to various aspects of community college operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with faculty and staff on projects aligned with your field of study.
- Assist in research, data analysis, and reporting activities.
- Support day-to-day operations within the assigned department.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and professional development sessions.
- Execute tasks and responsibilities as directed by the assigned supervisor.
- Engage in networking opportunities within the college community.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student at Southwestern Community College.
- Strong academic performance and a genuine interest in community college education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience
